I believe that many of us learned about Peg, and in turn Astrid, by following James. It's a delight to share treasures amongst friends.

So true! Peg was definitely a genius. I only found out about her by following Margaret Hamilton's career, and what a happy discovery to stumble on another icon. And I asked myself, how have I not heard of this woman? Why don't I recognize the name Peg Lynch? I thought the queen of sitcom was Lucy! Lo and behold hearing from Ms. King share that she wrote, produced, and OWNED her own sitcoms, the mother of the sitcom. No syndication meant no reruns (I think that's how that works?) The Internet is a beautiful tool that can be used to bring back the past and I love what Mr. Lileks and Ms. King (among others I've heard) are doing. We should spread the word. We should share Peg's work. It still hits today. I remember listening to The Couple Next Door and just felt like this is legit and relevant. The interactions are authentic and, as stated, everyone is so likable!
